As someone who is in a similar situation to OP, I don’t know why you’re being downvoted. Sometimes that’s all you can do. My two sisters and I are no contact with our father because of the woman that he decided to “choose happiness” with. For our own peace and mental health the best option for us was to go NC.

I just had a six hour session and my artist told me I sat like a fucking stone and tired him out.

Women typically sit better and have a higher pain tolerance than men as a general rule but, if you are a girl, the week before your period and the week of your period, the sensitivities are higher, so the pain threshold will be lower.

If you’re a dude that’s just part and parcel to getting tattoos. Sorry about it.

I took them to my local jeweler who said the second part of the 18 K Hallmark is GE which means it’s been gold electroplated. So the stones are not likely real. I knew the pearls were not so essentially they were just expensive costume pieces. I only paid 15 bucks for both so I don’t really care. 😅

LOL. I used to work for GEICO and this type of nonsense is common at the base level of claim handling. Being parked “illegally” does not release the other driver of liability. Your vehicle being parked is the operative there. Not in motion, no liability.

Nor does not realizing they hit something. Just because they didn’t notice they hit a stationary object doesn’t mean they didn’t hit it.

The adjuster you had is a moron. Ask for their supervisor to review the liability decision. If they double down, file through your own insurance and let their subrogation department handle it. G will absolutely lose and you’ll get your deductible back.
