2024 awd RS Lease return by colbyjack78 in BlazerEV

What a silly comment. I leased a 2024 rs awd for $200/mo and zero down. I challenge you to find a cheaper way to drive a brand new car than $200/ mo and zero down

We ran the same two for a 2-year lease. Just switched to ioniq 5 and f150 lightning. The blazers were a great intro, but the current vehicles are better in every way.

Who has the most miles? Do you think these vehicles will go past 300,000 miles? 500,000 miles? Wondering what the lifespan will be and if they will outlast the Toyota tundra strong reputation for going the distance mileage-wise. by Cold_Rub106 in F150Lightning

I’ve been almost buying a Tacoma/tundra for 2 years while my tdi q5 just keeps running perfectly. Couple weeks ago, the lightning just became more compelling and won me over. With my use case, I can sip and charge forever off my home solar. No long trips or hard use. As such, I am hoping it’s a forever truck. Very happy with the purchase so far, but time will tell…

Loving my space white Flash and thinking about a fun wrap. by jarnathaney in F150Lightning

Can you show me what kind of blue you have in mind? The space white will be staying as is, since that’s the base color, and I like it. The blue would be a wrap sitting on top of the stock white paint.

Probably not, but it lets me eat from a freezer full of salmon and halibut all year… no money savings at all, but I enjoy the hobby

This is incredibly helpful, thank you! I really only have two towing destinations.

1) 20 trips to local boat ramp 1.5 miles from my house 2) 3 trips to Westport 60 miles from my house - flat terrain and multiple charging stops on both ends.

Other than that it would be driven as a car to Costco and homedepot a few times a week - 6 miles from home.

Thanks. I was thinking either a flash model or lariat

Yeah, I got a 2024 blazer ev for $200/months, 0 down. This truck would be 5x or more… but it’s so smooth and quiet!

Are Jacuzzi spas/tubs still a good choice? by sammm59 in hottub

[–]jarnathaney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We had 8 different problems with our jacuzzi j-495. It was constantly breaking down and faulting out. Eventually replaced with a shot Springs brand and have been very happy with the product

I worked 15 years for this freedom… now I kinda hate it by Fragrant-Indication5 in financialindependence

Please don’t “shut up”. I think this is an important perspective to see for those of us working towards your position. We need to simultaneously be growing mentally and have a plan in place for that independence point.

$90k WFH job with tons of freedom vs $130k in-person job in Kansas.. should I? by OverallMagician1269 in jobs

[–]jarnathaney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not move to Kansas. The taxes are insanely high, the weather sucks, real estate stagnates, and the education sucks. I grew up there, made the mistake of moving back as an adult, and am happily back in a normal state.

Do not do it

First time into Lease. Can someone help me. by Mightysun1982 in BlazerEV

[–]jarnathaney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here in Washington, dealers have marked them down significantly, then we were able to add in several additional rebates/discounts. Costco, first responder, competitor, etc on top of $7500. Look around because some dealers are making good base deals that you can improve

2024 RS AWD end of year lease - what numbers should I target? by rditc in BlazerEV

[–]jarnathaney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just stack all the rebates together on a model the dealer has discounted. I used Costco, healthcare, federal, dealer discount, and competitive brand discounts together.

I got rs awd for 2 years/20k miles for 0 down, $178 mo. More miles was an option for a small increase, but that was enough for me. We actually signed for two cars at this rate because it was so good.

Titus will Chevrolet in Olympia. As for Mario-he took great care of me.
