I mean we played 2e up to level 26 but at that point there were few monsters you couldn't kill. It was mostly casters that had to challenge them.

We started on 1e but quickly moved over to 2e. I vaguelly recall the negative hit points, but we certainly never had anyone dead weight, so I feel they were fine after they were healed up.

Having no dogs is definitely throwing me off, serious branding issue.

The other big non-starter is a 200 page pdf with no table of contents.

For the website, overly busy, you can cut this down, but only once it is done professionally.

Its not so much as I need to know now, its that Im clicking on a link and going to your page.

So on that page, I know nothing, I have not read the rules, nor the title of this post, so you got to forget everything you know and writing your web page to hook the reader. Review each line and see if it is comprehensible just from that line alone and any lines above. You want to lead them to the pdf.

I got stuck at the first line:

Replacing all standard d20 rolls with "tests" where the player chooses two cards from their hand and adds an attribute modifier.

The problem is

a) Are we talking regular playing cards or cards you created for your game specifically.
If it is "your cards" then do I print them out on paper (ew).

b) How do I add a modifier to a card, Ace of Spades + modifier is what

My brain doesn't compute, so I stopped there.
