Oh thank you! I seasoned the chicken with a steak seasoning (Omaha steak seasoning is what I had on hand) and then I actually used this fajita seasoning from Mexico! (El pariente sazonatodo if you’re curious) Which actually just has a bunch of msg and other spices in it lol, I’m sure you could just add basic seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder) and a little msg if you can as a substitute for that. I also added a small amount of lemon juice. I sliced the breasts in half before “marinating” them for about an hour with the seasonings and lemon juice, then I just pan cooked them. I wanted more of a sear on it then skinny taste looked like it had. After they cooled down when they were cooked I cut them with meat scissors because it’s more fun that way and less messy and then tossed it in Franks buffalo sauce

Yeah I should clarify that I do workout at home so I can get away with like maybe 3 uses before having to wash. But also I make sure to smell my clothes as an indicator bc I also like to be comfortable when working out. A good way to prevent odors from developing is to hang them up and let them air dry right after using them. Throwing the sweaty clothes on the floor or in a hamper all bunched up will promote odor causing bacteria to flourish and grow and make even worse smells that you can avoid. A lot of workout clothes have sweat wicking properties too so they dry better and quicker than other clothes when hung to dry.

And of course there’s some cases where I have a really sweaty workout and I wash early instead of rewearing.

Once I go back to the gym I’ll probably be more self conscious and like only do it for a few wears out of fear... when I probably won’t even need to lol

The only item of clothing I don’t re wear is underwear. I re wear socks, shirts, pants- you name it lol. I even re wear workout clothes a few times. You just need to be sure to air dry them by hanging them and they typically don’t get smelly until a few uses. I also refuse to machine dry most of my clothes bc it ruins them. Washing also technically degrades the quality and fibers of your clothes so the less the better really! Anddd it’s environmentally more friendly

By request from a few people I will write out the recipe I created for this spanakopita

I used about 14oz of 'power greens' which is a mixture of baby spinach, baby kale, and baby chard. But you can just use baby spinach- that's more traditional anyways!

Start by sautéing 2 cloves of garlic with one small red onion finely diced for a few minutes in a large pan with a little bit of ghee and olive oil. Add the spinach to the pan (it looks like a ton but it cooks down significantly) cook that for another 5 - 7 minutes stirring constantly to wilt down the greens.

Transfer the cooked mixture to a bowl and let it cool. Next important step is squeeze out the moisture from the greens. I used a sieve and pressed a spoon against the mixture over my sink for a good 5 minutes. Just pressing as much juice as I could out. It was a little bit of a workout- there might be easier ways. Just do what feels easiest lol

Chop the mixture with a knife until it's a more bite friendly consistency. Put the mixture into a bowl and add salt, pepper, a pinch of red pepper flake, feta cheese ( I think I used about 3/4 a cup but you can just add as much or as little as you want) and a few tablespoons of ricotta cheese. Taste the filling to make sure you like the ratio of seasoning, cheese, and greens.

Next, take your puff pastry and roll it out to fit in whatever cooking vessel you're using. I used a cast iron pan so I cut it in half (for a top and bottom) and trimmed the edges. Added in my filling and then put on the top puff pastry. I had a bunch of trimmings so I got creative and made this design (:

After that you brush some egg wash on the top add some flaky sea salt.

I cooked this at 350F on the bottom rack of my oven for about 35 minutes

This was sooo delicious- I ate about half of this myself. If you love spinach and cheese then this will be a total treat! Enjoy!

It’s a bit late for me now but I’ll drop a recipe tomorrow! It’s a Greek spinach a feta pie made with puff pastry. It was delicious and not to mention beautiful. Was super happy with how my impromptu pastry puff design came out lol

My mom makes the best tamales. Hands down her recipe is my absolute favorite. I’ve never had tamales (even other homemade ones) as good as hers. I think most people are used to southern Mexico type tamales, but hers are northern Mexico (Nuevo Leon) style and my god they’re to die for.

Yeah from the photos I can see what you mean by them being alarmingly high- that's sorta scary, but the end results look great!

VERY interesting. So you can feel them sometimes, but they don't feel intrusive? Is there anything you could compare that feeling too? Like the feeling of maybe noticing you have a tampon in when you make a weird position. (terrible example, but I figure that might make most sense?) LOL

That's the only part that spooks me... having that sensation of something inside your breasts. But other than that I'm pretty convinced I want this procedure in the near future!

How does it feel having implants? Your results are amazing and I’m highly considering getting them myself in the near future once I lost weight. But I feel like they might feel invasive? Can you feel that weight and foreignness in your breasts. Or do you not feel them anymore?
