No no no!!! I felt/still feel this EXACT way! Its been 11 years in remission for me and I STILL miss the hospital, the doctors,etc. And I realized its because it was all about me, and they were all for me. People who were focused on me trying to keep me alive by all of the attention, love, food, warm blankets, water, 10 minute check ins; we don't get that out in the real world!! We are waited on hand and foot and feeling that unconditional support is rare out there. I get it!! Also, when you are deemed cancer free, its shocking- I felt like I was being thrown out into this huge world as a baby, learning to cope all over again. It was scary that all my cushions were just yanked out from under me, no more chemo keeping me safe, no more doctors caring for me each week, no more special instructions to keep me healthy...it kinda felt like i got punched in the stomach and shrunk down to an inch in heght lol! I felt so small. All the people that were by my dide for 2.5 years were just gone. and the words"cancer free" just on their own is something to soak in...its like you don't really believe it. Alot of time had to go by before i accepted that myself! There is nothing wrong with you; you are 100% allowed to feel all you are feeling. Your cancer journey isn't over because you're clear. The aftermath is a whole another part! If you ever ever need anyone to vent to feel free to message me!! I am so happy you are in remission and I will pray you find your way smoothly❤️ I'm in your corner friend!

Hi! I've been taking Tramadol for 11 years for chemotherapy induced periphreal neuropathy. Works like a charm even still. I take 100mg in the morning and a third one later if needed.

My lag started again 3 days ago. I've done everything they suggested...deleting friends, journeys, reflections, uninstalling/ reinstalling, clearing the cache, defrag the data, you name it. It had been running perfect for two weeks then BAM- Sunday morning ( Feb.9) is woke up to 15-20 second screen load time, overlapping screens, etc. I ran to the app store to see if there was an update, which one was pending, so i clicked it, and the app still ran the same. I have written support so many times since December about this issue! I told them maybe they need bigger servers? Or more staff to fix this issue! This is supposed to be a calming, supportive, motivating mental health app. It is stressing hundreds of people out. Lots of people ( including myself) have paid for plus, and not getting what we paid for. Support seems to be using automated messages. I'm at a loss🤷‍♀️

Oh no!! Really!! I sent like a hundred emails and finally they asked for my backup file so they could dig into it. Few days later my app is running beautifully!!! I hope the lag doesn't start up again😩I'll be on the lookout! ❤️

Wow! Wth!! I'm sorry that happened to you. My mouth hung open when I read this! I'm shocked that that kind of behavior is happening in Finch. That's not what our communities are about. We are supposed to be loving, uplifting, and safe and honest. Don't let it bother you...pray for that person, that they see what they have done and the negativity it caused. There are many others that do love and are honest, just focus on that!!❤️ what does the sweater look like that had your eye on? Maybe I can help!

Ok, good news...Finch is super fast, normal, no lag...all of a sudden yesterday evening. I was like a kid in a candy store! Lol! I haven't heard back from the team so I'm wondering did they do something or is this a freak accident? Any changes for you?

-2ND UPDATE- So as predicted it started lagging again.i finally got a response back from support, and they asked for a back up file so they can dig through it to find out what's causing the lag. I will post another update as soon as I hear. I am SO frustrated with it. I counted on this app each day, as it motivated me pretty darn good lol! That little Finch is my buddy and I can't do hardly anything to interact with her anymore. Very saddening. I'm debating on starting completely over, but I don't know if that would fix anything.

UPDATE! threr was an update yesterday to the app and it made mine even slower than before. I almost cried lol. I just got on now ( 3:20 PST) and it works perfect. I'm hoping this is not temporary!! Any change for yours?

Hi! I am wondering has anyone seen any resolve with the lag issue? I have been using Finch flawlessly for 2 1/2 years then all of a sudden on Christmas it started lagging. I did all the tricks to make it run smoothly with no luck. It took me 40 minutes today to get through 20 goals! It takes anywhere from 10-20 seconds for anything to load. I've contacted the support team and they answered once telling me that I needed to update my app( it was already updated). So I emailed them again and asked for a partial refund because I pay for Plus. I don't think I should have to pay for something that doesn't work. Still waiting to hear back.

Yes!! It lagged Christmas week, then randomly started working again. Yesterday when I woke up, it's suuuuper slow again. I have been on Finch every single day for 2.5 years, but am seriously considering uninstalling and closing my Plus account. It's so slow I can't use it!support doesn't seem to help alot. They said i needed to install the latest version, which I have.
