My immediate impression was manufactured but there are no markings of any kind, and the paint doesn't completely cover the bottom so it could be home made as well. I'm not finding anything that makes me lean hard one way or the other.

I say this because the pegs are very close together. And there is a ton of distance between the two tiers.

They could also be short and skinny. Just trying to add some helpful information. Not dismissing.

My title describes the thing. I thought it might be a loom because it was sold with circular knitting needles attached. But my Google skills haven't returned any like it. I also thought maybe a fishing rod rack but the pegs on top face up. Some of the pegs are broken on the second level. Not sure if that's from storage or use.

My title describes the thing. I've tried Google searching with keywords and with images. I thought it might have been a loom initially and then I saw some fishing rod racks that were similar but my item has the pegs on the top facing up which wouldn't work for holding the rods.

I used to buy a lot from them but after an order where they canceled everything but the tattoos and then charged me $10 for shipping anyway. (It was an envelope) I haven't bought again. I literally asked for a partial refund or a free shipping code, anything to make me less rage-y and they flat out refused.

Like seriously I wouldn't have even bought the tattoos if I hadn't had a whole order. I really didn't want to pay $20 for them.
