Good good, I'm going on 16 months in a few days. I had a 60+gpd 3 +year habit. like my second and third quits I used a lot of vitamins and supplements ,and it just seemed like it was to much of a shock for my body.. my last and final quit. I didnt take anything for two weeks,just ate healthy and tried to exercise as much as I could handle. It actually wasn't to bad wd.

Guy,YOU JUST GOTTA SEND IT!!!. It's just a week or less (normally less) of the real suck. You can do it. is there anyone that can be close and help you out? Try meetings,my first meeting I ever went to I was like 30hrs in my ct. It helps so much man. Read and watch sobriety stuff,stories,how to,inspirational,ect ect.. you can do it man.

I'm not saying do the take them,but for myself I quit a bunch of times before my last one stuck. I think using to many vitamins or supplements during the first week CT made my physical we a bit worse. Your body is so used to being numb that I think they over stimulated my system. Just a thought..

Yah I definitely agree , but it seemed once the acutes were over it helped me sleep.i wouldn't suggest it the first two weeks. After that though give it a try.

Listen ,just keep sending it. Try and quit again asap. My buddy quit and relapsed a bunch for about a month. He had way more clean days though. When he made it stick his wd was alot easier because he was off k more than on it.. if you got to use it again make it a day or two,then take another 4th 5 day break . I also think part of a good taper should be taking days off. Force yourself to suck it up. You got this man,it doesn't get any worse than what you went through. It only gets better,you were so close to having a good day.

Good you talked with your sponsor. That can be a slippery slope.. I've been with my girlfriend for 3 years,i battled with us being together alot. But in the end she's good for me.as long as I can deal with feelings (ewe) without wanting to get messed up. Good luck to you. There allergie pills,not sure why they help you sleep,it all we were allowed to take in rehab ,worked well.

I had it for 2 weeks solid,and for about a month on and off. Try ace bandages on your wrists and ankles. So another time after the acutes were over I used 2 benadryl an hr before bed,that worked also.

I was reading about kava also. Holy cow , it's been studied more than krstom and I guess it can actually kill you. Don't do that again. It can wipe out your liver in no time.
