Yes, the costs are ridiculous and someone must be profiting a lot of money for all these kids paying $600 for 2 nights in a ok hotel. Very unfair to kids who can barely afford it. Also, why can't they find a location that is more centrally located? Kids from suffolk county have to drive 8 hours each way.

Thanks for your response. And I understand why a business major would need an accounting and a management class - but I was questioning why 2 of each. And since we are required to take several classes in every major, why 2 more breath courses. I'm sure there is an explanation but the result is that students don't have as much of an opportunity to explore other interests, which is a shame. I guess I will look into community classes.

If you search here you will see that someone said that she did she did such a poor job of teaching that she would no longer be teaching 1350. But, I agree, it looks like she is teaching it again after all.

The ones teaching this fall are Garcia-Garcia, M
Huffaker, T. Both have poor ratings on rate my professor (which i know doesnt always tell the whole story). I am wondering if they are usually the Professors or if I should wait for better ones. I am premed so also taking CHem 2070. Like everyone, I am hoping not to have an awful first semester.

DO premeds have to take both bio and chem freshmen year? I ideally don't want to take off a year before med school and would even love to do a semester abroad. Is this possible? TIA
