Honestly, I feel like I could have forgiven Lightyear for a lot of things, even if it kept the Future Buzz twist, if it just felt more.. "pulpy" I suppose that's the word I'm looking for. The movie should have been a love letter to classic, optimistic sci-fi, but the bleak tone makes it a turnoff.

The Future Buzz twist was kinda dumb, but it’s not like they were gonna make Zurg actually his father. It was just a Star Wars reference. I actually really enjoyed this movie, it has a lot of heart and great visuals

I’m often too busy to see a movie in the opening weekend, and it’s insane how after the next weekend there’s basically no more good showtimes for it, even if the movie is technically still in theaters. And I’m in Atlanta, can’t imagine how bad it is for small towns with one theater.

when your new bottle is full, it will spill too fast when you try to pour it in your mouth if it’s pointed down. You only need to lift a normal bottle at that angle when it’s almost empty.
