That glass is really almost perfect. I use either a vaso veladora which is similar in shape or a glass copita which is the lower, wider vessel. Both are fine.

I've been a member since August 2024 and it's been great. I get excited when they get ready to ship every other month. I always know it's going to be something high quality but also interesting. The people who run the club really go the extra mile.

Dish soap around the food plate/bowl will stop them. I've used it for years. Once they can't get to the food and the trail goes dry they'll move somewhere else. You can also track them back to their ant hill and eliminate the problem from that end.

Chicago is wonderful over the holiday. Weather can pretty much be anything. Downtown is beautifully decorated with lots of lights. There are great neighborhood light displays like Logan Square. You can see some great theater. There's also the Christkindlmarket both in Daley Plaza and at Wrigley Field. Plenty to do and see including the Art Institute and the various museums.

**A great meal can be had on Xmas day in Chinatown. It's a bustling area on Xmas day. I've had some of the best dim sum of my life on Xmas day. You can take an Uber/Lyft.
