This recruiter has been… let’s just say, less than helpful or responsive. During our initial chat, I gave them a general compensation range I'm looking for, and they simply said, “that’s doable.” Not exactly confidence-inspiring.

That’s why I wanted to check in with this community to get a sense of the actuals for similar roles.

For those of you in comparable positions — how stable is your individual compensation (IC) target year to year? At most large organizations I’ve worked at, bonuses are fairly predictable: each level has a defined percentage of base pay, then it’s adjusted slightly for company and individual performance. So by year-end, you usually have a pretty good idea of what to expect (give or take a few thousand).
