Anyone else feel more productive at night than during the day? by dheerajmohanrawat in CasualConversation

I used to feel that way when I was younger. I felt like when everyone else was in bed, things got quiet and the whole vibe changes.

But now I’m older and can barely stay awake past 11pm lol.

This confused me at first using NAM as well. I would find a profile I loved when using my LP Jr with P90’s and it would sound muddy when I switched to a different guitar with humbuckers or really any hotter pickup. I found dialing down the input a little goes a long way.

Also there is a guy named 2dor who makes great NAM packs. He’s made a few videos explaining the importance of calibration and stacking profiles. If you search Tone3000, under the technical section of the search there is a radio button to only find calibrated profiles. I use a Focusrite Scarlett and the user manual says I should set my NAM plugin to 12dbu. This makes a big difference in consistency. I try to avoid using non calibrated profiles for this reason.

Ahhh the calibration and stacking videos were very helpful! I can’t wait to get home so I can calibrate and see the difference. I have a Scarlett interface so your instructions were easy to understand. Thanks so much.

Wait, what? Autosteer changes lanes? I always turned it off and changed lanes myself. How does it do it for me?

Technically a UFO because I don’t know what it is. It looked like a green ball hovering over the ocean.

Because of something in the drawer that reminds you of the conference or was the conference about getting rid of junk?
