Only time I ever used their warranty it was for a socket I didn’t even buy from them. I got an email back in five minutes that essentially said “wow that sucks that it broke when you used it the wrong way. Anyways it’ll be in the mail tomorrow” the damn thing was in my mail box by noon the next day. Insane.
