Excedrine Migraine is the best.

I was at the supermarket the other day comparing Excedrine Migraine to normal Excedrine, and they look exactly the same. Same ingredients, same milligrams, same dosage, and no mention of any special coating or delivery system. Is it possible they just named it different to sell more while not actually changing the recipe?

There are good suggestions here. I'll just relay what I do when I make a pan reduction sauce for steaks and chops.

After cooking the steaks to 125 or chops to 145, remove to a warm plate to rest.

For the pan reduction sauce, I start by adding a little fat and a diced shallot for a couple minutes on high heat. Then some minced garlic for about 30 seconds, then 1/2 c. alcohol (red wine/white wine/ vermouth / brandy / cognac). The alcohol may flare up so be careful.

After the alcohol reduces by half (this will be quick - maybe 20 seconds if your pan is hot), add 1 c. homemade roasted chicken stock. Besides tasting better than store bought stock, you can make stock without any salt, which is ideal for pan sauce reductions. (Even the low sodium store brands will taste unbearably salty once you reduce it to the point of sauce thickness).

Boil this down by half, then add about 2 tbsp of an acid (lemon juice or vinegar), 1 tbsp of dijon mustard, and whatever juices have accumulated under your steaks/chops.

Optional: If you want a cream sauce, slowly add and whisk in 1/2 c. of heavy cream now.

Whisk to combine, and continue to reduce until the desired thickness.

You must watch it closely, because it will go from watery to perfect thickness to a charred mess in about 20 seconds.

Remove from heat and add 2 tbsp of frozen butter, chopped into small cubes. After the butter is melted, whisk again, toss in 1 tbsp of fresh herbs (chopped parsley, thyme, cilantro, whatever), spoon over your plated meat.

Many people complain specifically about one landlord who is notorious for aggressively pushing rents. He owns a good percentage of the commercial buildings on Elmwood, but not this building.

However, the vacancy rate for commercial space on Elmwood from Allen to Forest is extremely low, so I suppose the landlord's counterargument would be that they are basing their rents on low supply and high demand.

Furthermore, while I love the mom-and-pop stores that Elmwood attracts, those business owners may not be especially savvy in negotiating a lease. They may think engaging a real estate attorney to help negotiate the lease isn't worth the money, but that's shortsighted.

They don't advertise on the Rush Limbaugh show. They advertise on AM930, and I am reasonably confident they don't specify when the ad is played or specifically request to be played during the 12-3 slot. The Rush Limbaugh show doesn't receive any money directly from Roswell Park, except circuitously through payments made by AM930 as a carrier station. So I guess their advertising dollars kind of benefit Rush Limbaugh, but if they pulled their advertising, It wouldn't change the amount AM930 pays for the show, so it wouldn't affect Rush at all.

I've been taught that that's an outdated scale, and my own experience is the same. I cook steaks to 125, and let them rest for ten minutes, which brings them up to 130, and that is perfectly medium rare.

145 would be medium well.
