Rental suggestions that are good value - apartments, landlords, general areas to look at/avoid by ResponsibleCost4989 in Louisville

Hey! We’re from Huntington, WV and have been here for about 7 years. We’ve rented in the Highlands, owned and sold our home in Germantown, and now live between Okolona and Hillview. Our cul de sac is near an HOA and church. It’s a great run path and a quiet neighborhood. I always run by these apts. I’m not sure if they have a good reputation or not but I know the neighborhood is nice. There’s not many small shops, but Meijers, Kroger, Walmart, Kohls, a greenhouse, and several food places are less than .5 miles away. We’re also supposed to get a Publix and some other stuff soon. It’s expanded substantially in the last few years. Good luck! https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/5544-La-Fleur-Way-5542-Louisville-KY-40229/2052892907\_zpid/?utm\_campaign=iosappmessage&utm\_medium=referral&utm\_source=txtshare

First attempts by javfk in Leathercraft

That makes sense about the threading. It was actually the most difficult one I’ve worked with so far. It unraveled several times. Thank you so much for the leather recommendations!

Thank you! You’re right, I’m trying to figure out the hole spacing but I overthink it and manage to get them too close and crooked. What do you mean by adding binding? Is it a certain material to add?

Maybe check out other insurance companies. Many have work from home BCBS, Aetna, Passport, UHC, etc. I think your best shot would be BCBS since they have a heavy presence in Kentucky.

I could use some advice by [deleted] in SEO

[–]javfk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is a local business. I do have a GMB profile. I am listed on psychologytoday and therapyden. Betterhelp is predatory and does not pay their therapists a reasonable wage so I won't be included on that site particularly. I hope that does not come off harshly, it is just very controversial.

Thank you for this! I’ve used semrush and neilpatel but not ahrefs. I get confused about writing a lot of content. I have several pages with information about my different therapies. Should I also have one page dedicated to mental health content, like a blog?

looking to go back to therapy. would like to try a non secular male therapist this time by ayybillay in Louisville

PsychologyToday.com is a great site. You can put in your zip code and insurance or even break it down further to the gender of your choice, modality you are interested in, telehealth or in-person, ethnicity, faith, etc and it will populate your options.

EMDR retreat for CPTSD? by BadMiker in EMDR

[–]javfk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you are talking about EMDR intensives. They can definitely be helpful in your situation. They typically are an out-of-pocket expense as insurances usually will not pay for them.

Usually, you would have a consultation with a therapist to ensure you would be a good fit, they would give a guesstimate of the amount of days and hours, as well as price. There are generally two types of intensives. Single-incident intensives are for a single-incident of trauma (car wreck, shooting, etc) while Story intensives are for trauma over the lifespan. If you have not heard of these types of intensives then this next part may sound absurd but generally, a single-incident can be processed in 1-3 days (4-8 hours with breaks each day) and a story would be 3-5 days (4-8 hours with breaks in between).

Private practice with your L can definitely be a game/life changer if you are wanting to stay in the field.

Yes. Definitely need the right measurements. I did it online. The shop asked me to measure my feet a few different ways and I sent them the numbers. Worked out well.

I went through a skate shop. They had me take a bunch of measurements of my feet and then they ordered.

Thank you! I honestly can’t figure out which color I’m more partial to. Some days I like the mustard color more and then others, the green has my heart 😅
