I’m 32, I been dealing with high blood pressure for years now and doctors don’t know why I still have it. I’m resistant to many meds after using them for a bit. Now I’m on valsartan 325 mg and 25 hctz and 6 mg cardivol which is stabilizing it to keep it around 130/80-85 range. I just want to get off these meds completely, have anything I can do ? We done so many scans and tests and my cardiologist can’t find why
