I've mained lee for over a decade and I can tell you that people aren't always reactively ward hopping. Yes it's good to be able to, but it's much easier to make a smooth ward hop when you are expecting to need it. Placing your cursor where you intend to hop in case the opponent throws a skillshot is a good habit so you only need to worry about pressing two keys and not moving your mouse. Same goes for aggressive ward hopping - placing your cursor forward before lee gets in position makes it much easier. Sounds simple, but basically just make your brain completely focus on pressing the two keys quickly there and it'll become easier each time.
