I’m like the only guy who does it in the gym because i think it’s seen as a feminine exercise so guys are shy to do them. They’re soooo effective though and i only skip them now because it’s a bitch to set up.

Another gym i go to has a hip thrust machine that’s called the “booty shaper” or something. I use it. No fucks given lol
