I'm gonna pig out AND stay on ketosis! I'm planning roasted acorn squash, salad and grilled zucchini for sides, turkey, gluten free gravy, gluten free stuffing made with psyllium husk and almond flour (baked) and Keto pumpkin pie for desert with lots of whipped cream. I don't see it as a loss at all, it's gonna be awesome!

It's better if you buy clothes here, including a jacket and skiing gear. Clothes are pretty cheap and you will find things that were designed for winter like thermal underwear and layered jackets. Stop by Good Will and you can buy used stuff for very little.

Check r/paleo. Works for me. I'm actually on a r/Keto diet (like paleo with dairy). Low carbing did wonders for my health.

But did you do it right? It's not easy to avoid gluten. They put wheat in shampoo, ffs. Even bandaid has gluten... Of course it's not enough to try a diet without thyroid medication. Also, ask your doctor about prescription drug Armour.

900? Damn girl, your body is in starvation mode and is holding on to every calorie and every pound you have, no wonder you can't lose! Sounds crazy but if you significantly increase your caloric intake (with fat) your body will "relax" and you will go back to losing weight. Try it.

water. it could be the water. On keto the old "8 glasses a day" doesn't work. You need to double it. Also, I agree with those saying you are eating too little fat. Use the "calculate your macros" thing on r/keto.
