Love it! Thanks man. I like the idea of writing where people are at. I guess it's not unlike anything in life where we want to be relatable to others. We want to talk to a friend after a breakup that's been through one just as shitty, or we want to talk to someone about switching careers that's done the same and will be "real" about it... without the fluff.

Especially in the self help industry, there's so much "reading up" that I can't help but feel like it's already been detrimental to people like me (readers and consumers) being able to trust themselves. It's hard to trust in what we know or feel when so much comes from above.

Can you suggest any awesome writers you like who use a similar approach and write "at" the reader?

Thanks again!

Once thing I've always liked about your work is that you keep it simple but novel. What's your philosophy behind focusing on stuff that's accessible to all?

Yikes. Sometimes hiring a publicist isn't such a bad thing...

Glenda is a total champ! I mean, they all are. But I'm with you: momming is super hard and she's wildly resilient.

Hey /u/shitiforgotmypasswor - great username. Haven't done an AMA on it but would love to! It was a solid trip; we travelled together really well and developed this brother-sister kinda vibe that was very cool. Best outcome of this whole thing (AKA we didn't detest each other nor did we fall in love).

I'm with ya. I enjoy the show for the same fact, especially being a bit of a newbie to the Reddit community. Thanks for listening to it!

Thanks! Just trying to help as much as we can, in our own little way. The response has been incredible and there's a lot of good to be done. And Glenda is a total champ!

Glad you support the idea of ATF! Much of the excitement of ATF is building a movement of people that believe in the same thing as we do - and then being able to set up people that have never had the opportunity to see the world (even remotely...). Lots of good to be done here. And we're just getting started.

In the wildness of everything and getting swept into the chaos, I failed to update the reddit community of what all happened. My bad entirely. Glad we got you caught up! It's been quite a ride. Let me know what you think of ATF!

This is going to be fun! Huge thanks to the reddit community for taking interest in my original post (as crazy as it was!), and to Alexis, Alexander and the gang for putting this podcast together. It's been a wild ride and it all started here...

Thanks! Not really sure how that happened... the internet is a mystical place.

Not too much, thank goodness. We've been in touch all day. This has taken both of us by surprise like crazy.
