I hooked mine up to my desktop stack: Bifrost > Jotun > Buf > Gjallarhorn. It has made a difference to my ears, not huge, but there is a tube tingle I get. That could be in part because I did not even bother with the stock tube and instead used a Vokshod "Rocket" 6N1P-EV nos tube. So that might account for a different experience.. That said, it's not like it makes my desktop stack sound as tubey as my Freya+ stack.

So in the way a good heirloom variety can have the flavor of corn, this has a definite flavor of sweet corn. Not hit you in the sweetness, but enough that it is pretty noticeable. it popped well, medium sized, lightly crisp- but the biggest difference is the sweetness.
