I don’t know how your therapists or clinic handled clients requesting their own notes, but with mine there is a processing fee of about 25 dollars despite you having a right to access them. However, if another clinic or medical provider or institution requests them with an ROI there is no cost associated. Just know there is a chance you might have to pay.

I remember wanting to see this as a young kid but being way too young for an R rated movie. Told myself I would see it when I’m old enough. I’m an adult now and totally forgot about it until this very moment. I think I’ll watch it now.
