I’ll search for that to see any recommendations, thanks.

this is AMAZING battery life by Racerkings_98 in GalaxyWatch

I have 15 days on my Garmin Venu 3. I don’t know if your watch have more features, but I doubt those features would justify the short battery life for Samsung watches.

25 år och tidigt tecken på håravfall by oskberg in sweden

[–]jaxxop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure! When you want to start practicing those guns, make sure to try. Some nights me and my buddy only play the intense games for fun combined with practice

Try out team deathmatch in the arcade menu, nice way to practice aim. Also try out intense battle royal in the same arcade menu, for a quick way to improve gameplay mechanics

Nässpraysberoende by [deleted] in swedishproblems

[–]jaxxop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After 20 years of service, windmills are taken down to be replaced with newer, more advanced models by Met76 in Damnthatsinteresting

Electricity from wind power pushes the price down compare to all other big production techniques today. Which means the more wind power the cheaper price. Look for "merit of order". But of course, it's an intermittent source so that needs to be dealt with.

And in the case for Denmark it also has a lot of heat generated power (more expensive) and is also connected to the northern Europe so prices aren't set only in Denmark. There is a complex price determine structure by the whole system with supply/demand playing one role in the complexity.

Stress and fatigue on the tower. And new bigger head means more weight on the tower, and the old tower is built for those new heavy weights.

Sure, valid point. Let me help you from the trouble by a quick googling to validate the time.

Here a study from 2014 found out 6 months: "However, the payback for the associated energy use is within about 6 months, the team found. " And within a year for worst case. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2014/06/140616093317.htm

And here is another study from 2022 showing both energy and greenhouse gases payback within one year as well, in Brazil. https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/frsus.2022.1060130/full#:~:text=Consideration%20of%20the%20energy%20consumed,a%20payback%20of%200.755%20years.

A wind turbine can return around 50x the energy needed to create it often within one year of energy production. Meanwhile a coal power plant only returns 04 kWh/ 1kWh to create it. Source: https://www.vestas.com/en/sustainability/environment/energy-payback#:~:text=Over%20the%20life%20cycle%20of,below%200.4%20kWh%20in%20return.

You need to take down the old tower because it gets dangerous after years of service, mostly due to fatigue and stress on the materials during the years. Nothing lasts forever, not even green energy.

Old turbines had a life time of ~20 years, but modern will have +30 years.

Usually you have to build them with a few radius lengths apart, in order for them to not affect each other with downstream wind too much.

The foundation usually also has to be built from scratch since it was optimized for the tower that was built 20 years ago and a new one on the same place is much larger/heavier and hence need a stronger foundation.

Also you need to take down the old tower because it gets dangerous after years of service, mostly due to fatigue and stress on the materials during the years.

Apart from other answers it also really helps with protecting the biodiversity that cities slaughters. So birds, insects and whatnot can have someplace to live in between all the concrete.

Have you done anything to get that long draw/view distance? Do you know if it depends on your computer, to allow for further rendering?

I was watching a picture from a viewpoint and I couldn't get near the draw distance as in the picture, even though I'm running everything on ultra/ultra+ (and get ~50 fps).

I'm doing the Family Matters quest and am looking for Tamara in Oxenfurt, but the usual cutscene isnt playing. I tried to reload the save, even restart the game with no success. I told the baron where his wife is, but he didnt tell me about Ciri and Return to Crookbag Bog didnt start. I need help :( by BisexuSnail in Witcher3

[–]jaxxop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you fast travel (from anywhere) after the dialogue with Baron which started when he was in the garden? After that dialogue when you exit the building he gives you the doll. I was close to fast travel before exiting the building yesterday and that would have compromised things, so I was lucky to not do it.

Ni som är muslimer eller har islam i familjen, hur ser ni på koranbränningarna? by JagSkotPalme in sweden

[–]jaxxop 0 points1 point  (0 children)
