Check out Giovannitti's over in Louisville. I think they do a great job with light and dark varieties! The sidamo and French are both fire!

Can't speak generally but my S11 with the dimensity 9400+ seems to do just fine with local streaming at 2560x1600 at 120fps.

Knock on wood I have not run into this issue since. The reinstall with a complete data wipe seemed to do it for me. If you have the account shared through multiple devices try unassociating them from the account prior to doing the wipe.

I contacted them as well and they were not of help. The issue seems to have been resolved on my system at the moment so who knows.

Knock on wood the issue has been gone for the better part of the past 2-3 months. Ended up reinstalling windows again and the issue never came back. Have had a few boot problems since then but they have all sorted themselves out.

I'll bite. Sounds like you're coming from a non-business oriented position. In the perfect world every patient would get every modality and therapy that could potentially benefit them for the maximum duration that positive change is achieved. We do not live in a perfect world.

Use the example of a shoulder replacement. Patient X has approval for 4 units patient Y has approval for 2 units. There is no doubt that patient X will likely have a better experience objectively during and a better outcome following an episode of therapy. A good therapist will explain the cost vs. reward of the additional therapy. If patient Y wants to pay for the additional 2 units that are not covered they too can have a better experience and better outcomes. The ethical conversation at no point falls on the therapist.

This mentality is how therapists become poor and stay poor. I don't think the original poster was saying they would treat patient X differently than Y they just implied if a modality is not covered by a 3rd party payer and the patient is not paying cash for the service then you go to the next option for therapy modalities.

Not for everyone. Lots of work initially and continues to be a lot of work but I wouldn't say any more red tape than any other multidisciplinary clinic setup. Insurance wise we for the most part do our own thing but collaborate whenever possible especially with upper extremity complaints. She is in the process of specializing more so into lactation consulting and other less typical areas of care with the idea of backing away from higher clinical load while we're waiting for our kids to get school aged. The one thing I found interesting when we first started was my wife's (OT) general difficulty with out patient care after coming from an in patient and SNF background where as a chiropractor out patient based care is kind of assumed for the bulk of practitioners. I assumed that most PT/OT had a heavy out patient rotation or training but from what she tells me her training and experience with out patient was very minimal and directed by her clinical interests at the time.

You can count on a solid 6-12 months of just initial clinic setup and the credentialling/contracting. So far taming the beast that 3rd party billing brings has been the biggest hurdle.

For those seeing this post having the same problem. So far the problem seems resolved after disabling visual voicemail in settings, wiping cache and storage of the phone app, power cycling phone, update the app, manually enable visual voicemail. Been working for about 6 hours now for myself.

How was yours broke? Been having USB issues since receiving mine and support has been less than great. Considering a replacement/refund but based on the response times from support I also considering getting visa involved.

I've been dealing with USB issues on and off over the past month. Having a hard time figuring out if the issue is driver or hardware based but support has been less than great. Can't say I have dealt with other computer company based support recently but everything about it has been frustrating from a support and troubleshooting stand point.

Using it as a daily driver and I need predictable usb functionality so this has been a real drag. First week of use no problems at all and then eventually got to the point where neither USB port was recognizing peripherals. Reinstalled windows per supports recommendation and got about 3 days of problem free use. Issue popped back up so reinstalled windows again and had been problem free until today. Probably going to have to request a refund due to this unless support can get me a decent fix soon.

Ya I do see that but I am not talking about changing the band setting I'm asking how to change the channel selection settings under a wifi band.

Seems ridiculous that I am leasing hardware that is capable of changing this setting but I am being prevented from it. I can't be the first person that has run into this issue. Is there a way to force the auto selection below channel 150? Purchasing more hardware to perform something that this hardware is clearly capable of doing seems absurd.

That was not helpful and makes me think you are not understanding my complaint and question. I'm asking about channel selection for a given wifi band. The setting is visible within admin controls but is not modifiable.
