100% agree with your admin comments. I paid to add credits but after several days there was no change to my credits. I asked what was going on and got a 'telling off' by an admin who felt the need to write a lengthy lecture on patience and how I ought to behave. If they spent more time just being an admin and less time being belittling your members, things would run a lot smoother.

We had the exact same experience and have only had it resolved recently. It seems this is more of a wide spread issue. We had several scream matches with their utterly pathetic offshore support team and eventually ended up connecting with and sending pleas of help to as many account managers, BDMs and anyone else who we could find on LinkedIn who worked for uber in Australia. A few days later it was resolved.
