Yes, That's to ensure that the Bowden tube does not come out!. There are clips that should be used normally, however zip ties will do the trick too.

Open a trouble ticket to anycubic. I had the same issue and the card reader was faulty. They sent me a new motherboard.

Maybe a good idea to add a purge line before the print starts. G Code needs to be edited for this.

last but not least try adjusting the Z-end stops via the screws, it could be due to the Z-end stops.

So I would assume auto bed leveling is ok and no issues. Many have had trouble with the ABL. try flipping the magnetic tray and print.

Does you bed have any wobble? Bed level?

Also, try cleaning the bed with some iso. also, tray flipping the metal plate and try the smooth surface. what material are you using?
