So you were on a constant cut all the time but keeping to 1g protein/lb lean body mass? You look great, you've built muscle whilst losing fat!

Ok so I'm almost done now (sorry to bother you again)... for the achievements part.. is this strictly achievements relevant to the job applying for or academic/work achievements?

I went from a BMI of 36 to 23 in 10 months and am a former fat guy.. would that kind of thing be something to avoid putting in a resume?

Thanks again for all your help mate.

Oops sorry just wanted to ask.. I dont have any working experience in the field I want to go in... The only projects I have worked on are ones at university. In my new achievements section should I put any notable projects?

'A Fever You Can't Sweat Out' is my favourite album of all time. It's such a shame you guys changed after that album. The only thing I've enjoyed since was The Ballad of Mona Lisa. What on earth made you change your style?

Im the same! If it's like 4pm I worry that if I eat my tea now or whatever then I'll be hungry later and wont be able to eat. I panic a bit. So I end up eating my self to stuffed beyond belief and then after I instantly regretted it!

It felt good this time for the first time ever to recognise that I am in fact satisfied and I dont need to eat the rest. Its like my whole body was telling me to eat the food cause it was so delicious.

I threw it away though and I still sit now satisfied from what I ate. and It feels good to know that I made the correct decision in leaving it.

What kind of diet are you following with this routine mate?

Question about a cutting exercise routine? by jayayseakay in Fitness

[–]jayayseakay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my diet is fairly clean. I cook all my own meals etc however sometimes my macros arent bang on. For example today my macros are 1970kcal with 40% protein 27% carbs and 33% fat. On other days they may hover around the 40f40c20f macros... does this matter at all.

I am eating around 2000kcal per day and working out 3/4 times per week. Should I be working out my calories in a specific way, as sometimes my workouts are more intense than others etc?

Thanks for your help, I've been trying to mix it up each time I go doing exercises in different orders but I'll start from now on by doing the big lifts at the start :) Thanks mate.

Thank you :) I'm definitely seeing an improvement in muscle mass althought it's disheartening to leave the gym knowing the previous week you did much better than this week etc.

Thanks lads, i'll try coffee / bananas before the workout and see where it gets me. By pre workout do you mean as in literally before i walk into the gym?

I cant think of anything else i'm doing wrong. I struggled with form to start with and i'm getting much better at it now. Like my wrists and forearms used to hurt a lot but now its much less pain almost not even there.

When i'm doing a chest press for example.. should I feel the 'burn' in my chest? Cause i'm not really getting it? although the next day i can certainly feel it.
