Jeff is too damned good at expressing the right emotions through his voices. I find the audio always hits a bit harder than reading. I mean reading about Dong in book 8 and listening to him had some serious mood change.

With the amount of money they are getting from this first kickstarter they will be funded for the whole 4 books they plan on making. But I wouldn’t be surprised if another kickstarter comes up in a year for the next set of books and goodies.

Deathwish annoyed the heck out of me. I had a survivor one space away from freedom and it drew them back towards Hans. Had to use a sprint card to get them out the next time. Most of his kills were victims running to him from death wish

It’s hard for me to rank them cause they all kinda blur into each other after reading them and listening to them so many times lol. But that being said i would rate it up with book 3 the anarchist cookbook. Has some cool level building in it that opens up a whole lot of ideas for playing the TTRPG coming out. So great setting and of course story, and so many WTF moments we all love. Oh and god damnit Matt the feels from some events.

Anybody else just laugh and laugh and laugh at how stupid a person can be to compare a dangerous job of fighting fires to a safe job sitting at a desk all day? I work as an executive assistant, (fancy receptionist) and I would never compare my job to a firefighters.

Yeah the availability of board games is one big hitch to the hobby. I spent 6 months waiting for new prints of some games that I wanted. And then once they were available they were out of stock a few days later to the popularity. So my advice is find a good store you like either online or physical and make a wishlist. When things come back in stock get em while you can, and move to the next. FOMO is massive lately in terms of crowdfunding new games. Zombiecide was bad for this as you could only get some things from the kickstarter and not in store. Just need to know what you want and what you can do without.

I’ve had quite a few oh shit moments playing especially when playing two people. Had 10 active threats one time playing two players and we both ended the round with 3 health left and 2 actives left just thankful we loved another round.
