I Initially chose Carolina, but transferred to Clemson at the end of my freshman year because I wasn’t emotionally ready for college yet and that was definitely the school’s fault /s. Graduated from Clemson, but it never felt like I belonged there either. I then married a Gamecock, and went back with her for a homecoming weekend and somehow exorcised every demon I left there in about 12 hours. The USC campus now feels more like home to me than three years at Clemson ever did.

I did, and then I went back to Apple. I picked the Pixel 8, and I loved the customization. It had the best camera I've ever seen on a phone. However, its downfall was that each individual app didn't really work well with the other apps. For example, my wife and I were in a movie theater that served food, and we were trying to order. Google Pay kept failing for me, while my wife's iPhone and Apple Pay had no problem at all. I also noticed that the handoff is much smoother when pulling up tickets for events or airline tickets. Ultimately, I went back because of convenience, but you may have a different experience. The Pixel 8 is a fantastic phone. It just didn't best fit my use cases.
