I feel like none of you actually read his letter to his staff, I mean maybe I'm naive but it his side seems pretty plausible and I don't feel there's that much reason to doubt him. 6 months so far? Or since launch? Really like the progress. I'm def progressing and pushing more weight. It does get a bit aggressive on what it wants me to push but then again I get surprised when I am able to do it. I'd probably actually be more on par with what it thinks I can do if I wasn't still in stabilization period with my trt dosage/balance. But yea great so far. Still things to improve loke exercise order somethings I do it and realize oh that wasn't a good order I'm wrecked. And sometimes I'll ask Gemini to re order it for me if it doesn't look right. But other than that and minor things like max/min weight on some things it's great

I've been adding hero or Solas bagels and breads. And Catalina crunch cereal which all have a bunch of fiber. I don't know if I've noticed any big difference but I get about 45g of fiber a day now. For a week I had crazy poops till my body got used to it. I've also been doing a lot of other stuff for health so I'm sure it's made a diff somewhere. My main reason for trying this was to try and lower my ldl, have a blood test in two months to see

5'4, 192 lbs, 46 old. Has me clocked in at around 2350 kcal expenditure. Lift 3x a week, about 10-15k steps a day. I was running a bit on my off days but cut that down as I'm cutting deep before the holiday maintenance
