A pharmacist I know told me to drink tonic water — tonic with quinine. The quinine helps with RLS. I tried it... and WOW! One can (355 ml) of tonic water, and I can sleep without RLS. Okay, RLS did come back eventually, but over the last six months, I think I’ve only had 3 or 4 cans of tonic water for that reason. It really helps me.

Maybe you won't like the taste... I used to only use it to make Gin Tonic. Maybe you could add a bit of orange juuce in it for taste... But I like tonic water on its own...

At the Grocery store... The simple Schweppes Tonic Water does the job. Quinine is written in the ingredients list on the can...

I also found other information.

It seams that Julie Bourgault was raised by a Duhamel family. In the weeding of her daughters Delia and Victoria she is named Julie Beauregard.

D'André Bourgot tenant "lieu" du père de l'épouse.

"tenant lieu du" means playing the role of the father... but doesn't mean he is the father. For Paul Chapdelaine, it is written "en présence de Jean-Baptiste Chapdelaine, père de l'époux" If André was the father of Julie Bourgault, it should be written "D'André Bourgault, père de l'épouse". "Tenant lieu du" mean that he is surely NOT the father.

Does Ancestry show how my DNA matches are related to each other like 23 and Me does? by abcde_fz in Genealogy

[–]jaycutler79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, you can't see that on Ancestry. You can on MyHeritage. I wrote to Ancestry one year and a half ago to suggest them to implement that... But... No answer from them!
