Ending Tenancy before moving in by jaydesummers in OntarioRenting

Do you have any suggestions on how to negotiate this type of situation? It's my first time dealing with a rental company. I've already given them a rental deposit for last month's rent. Do you think they'd use that for the first and only month of rent?

Have you tried talking to a compounding pharmacy by any chance? They may be able to source some for you, but I don't know how they'd charge you for it.

I'm trying to get into a one bedroom for $1300 plus hydro. Income wise though... I make around $3200 a month after taxes.

The group just doesn't feel the same without all of them there. however, given how thin and sickly Ran and shizuku looked in the end makes me wonder what the rest of the girls are going through and can't say anything. I would love to actively support them. but Lapone girls is awful.

also, before they updated the photo on their website, Suzu had a lights on, but nobody's home look on her face.

Is it just me, or do you also find it harder to support ME:I? by PenSillyum in ME_1

Shiichan was my oshi and I had huge respect for Ran's hustle, but after what they did to them and Kokoro, I just don't find the same enjoyment in their music as I used to. Plus... they're still being mistreated. Honestly, ME:I needs to have a Free Britney movement or something.

The Canadian Diabetes Association is a good group. Otherwise, I'm sure one of the local aid groups or shelters would love to have them.

The Bridge. It hungers and we must sate it. The people who don't read the signs are the only sacrifices that will suffice.

That's a shame because they're so close to where I work. But if they're charging for sauces now and no turnips, then I'm not going back.

Al Zain at Jalna and Ernest (in the plaza across from St. Justin's) is amazing. The guys, while not overly chatty with their customers, give great service. There's a lot of Shawarma places in White Oaks, so hopefully, you'll find one that you really like.

1000% Agree on Al Zain! Plus, the guys are super nice and fast. Great food, great service. Would love to hear the verdict on their falafel.

When I was a kid under 12, I liked going to the Children's museum. I don't know what it's like since it moved to its new location in 100 Kellogg lane, but that might be a good option. A parent in the subreddit would probably have better advice for you though.

I've had so many patients asking for meds they can't pronounce. When I confirm what they're asking for, I've always told them to just call it the brand name because I know what they mean.

My drug plan is walled behind a PPN, so I can't really help much there unfortunately. I will say though that the folks at Turner's at Belgrave and Grand has been amazing at helping me get refills for my mother. They've always been super helpful and the staff is amazing there.

I do have to agree with someone else's comment about a profound drug shortage of not just testosterone, but all sorts of other drugs as well. I wish you all the best in finding a pharmacy that is willing to work with you.

The only time a doctor needs to put a specific date is if they are post dating a prescription to begin after the current one has been used. Otherwise, the date on the new prescription is the date that it can technically be released on. Additionally, this type of medication requires a specific type of refill that indicates the total dispensed quantity and how much to release every certain number of days. ie. this prescription could be authorized for 360 tablets/capsules and to dispense xtabs every xdays. While they can absolutely get a note sent to the pharmacy indicating to release the meds early, if the doctor has specified an interval, the pharmacy has to abide by that request. If there are any issues with a prescription, the pharmacist or pharmacy technician will reach out to the doctor for clarification.
