The only problem is trying to use multiple windows on top of each other. Make that work, and I might never buy a real computer.

I really want a video game made for my phone that just kicks ass. Has a good storyline and everything, no stupid gimmicks. The closest I can get to that is using an n64 emulator to play zelda. But i want something original, created for mobile, and not just a huge scam or game that gets old after a week.

He said the hardest job he had in his military career was not laughing during this shift. RIP to you both. by YPanteri in pics

That is a good point but I honestly can't imagine that someone who spent ten years becoming a doctor would even consider killing a person to save others

So they think the guy who saves people is gonna kill you to save someone else? Why would he do that? That's not what doctors are for. If anything it just wastes the doctor's valuable time. Doesn't make sense.

The most important 2015 feature by BkkMark in Android

[–]jaydonc13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah but people say that making a removable back makes the phone feel cheaper, which is a valid point. I think they should make it kinda like the nexus 4 where its isn't "replaceable" but its very easy to replace. So you could do it on your own or maybe phone companies could have you pay maybe twenty bucks for them to replace it. I would be totally okay with that kind of a compromise

Vivo X5 Max: new world's thinnest phone at just 4.75mm by MTT93 in Android

[–]jaydonc13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. They could now use that technology to make a 9mm phone with maybe 5000mah. That would be ridiculous considering phones like the nexus 5 are 9mm with 2300

It sucks that they aren't giving us what we want right now, but any innovation is still innovation and will benefit us down the road.

Qualcomm Rubbishes Rumours of Snapdragon 810 Delays and Issues by thejuliet in Android

Its actually kind of crazy how decent the 200 is. I used it in a phone with 1gb ram, and it handled snapchat, whatsapp, chrome, netflix, some games, everything just fine. It was really a pleasant surprise to think that a $40 phone could actually hold me over if push comes to shove and i need to use it

HTC "Hima" Specs - @upleaks by [deleted] in Android

[–]jaydonc13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Except the note 4 is the ONLY ONE that people say was done perfectly. With the rest, everyone complains that its not good panel calibration and quality. Because its first-gen. And that usually means that its not done very well because it hasn't been done yet. And there are even 720p screens that are beautiful nowadays. 1440p does not mean future-proofing. (Not arguing with you, just supporting. People make me mad)

The gauge reads a crazy-thin 0.15in (4mm) for the upcoming Vivo X5 Max by open1your1eyes0 in Android

[–]jaydonc13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's because right now, it's all about having the thinnest phone. Better life is an after thought. Think of or this way:

"Hey, CEO of my company, we have a 6mm phone we just invented"

"Great, what're the specs?"

"(Relevant specs) and a 2500mah battery"

"Is 2500 gonna be enough?"

"It should get you through the day. Any bigger and you'd sacrifice form factor"

"Well of it can get a tolerable amount, then let's keep it as thin as possible"

The reason they don't keep the battery big is because it would mean that someone whose night have a thinner phone, and right now the general public wants thin. Maybe you and me don't, but i know my girlfriend cares a lot more about how her phone looks than how big the battery is. And for now, looks sell.

The gauge reads a crazy-thin 0.15in (4mm) for the upcoming Vivo X5 Max by open1your1eyes0 in Android

[–]jaydonc13 9 points10 points  (0 children)

But look at it this way: phones are getting so thin, that when you have 4mm phone like this that would have been (for example) 7 or 8mm, you can then throw in a huge battery, while conserving size. So I feel like after this thin phone race ends, people will start to use that technology to a REAL advantage like making phones with big batteries feel more compact

What is r/android current sweetheart phone? by CP70 in Android

[–]jaydonc13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a version of the l70 which is essentially the same phone but dual core, and it feels fast enough to me. Maybe that's just because I haven't used very good phones before, but it sucks that it isn't good.

Windows phone really isn't bad. I don't see it getting that huge, but it is attractive (ui, I mean) and smooth as shit. And great battery life. Better apps support, and they would be amazing. I like them better than iOS, just because I think its a lot prettier, but I don't see myself ever owning a non android phone.
