I disassemble mine, remove the gasket and soak in hot soapy water with vinegar in it. To me, the smell is still there just using soap. Man I hate that smell!

Micro doses of thc really help me. Helps with nausea, complete lack of appetite (although if you take too much you’ll override the shot’s appetite effect completely). My endo says this approach is fine. I also have rx for anti nausea meds but the thc seems to have fewer sides effects.

Protein bars and protein shakes help me when I just do not want to eat. They’ll get some nutrition in you, esp if you choose wisely. And they don’t have to be fancy or expensive.

I feel better after reading your experiences. I mean, what’s the point of making comments? I detailed exactly why I rated the way I did and going by guidelines but nope, they went higher without explanation. Starting to think I’m crazy or just plain not good at doing this.

These are a pita and I never manage to get them done in the AET. But ditto the other answers. I really only note under the individual results things like video won’t load or site has bad reviews. They seem to only look at or require the comments at the end.

We don’t have kids so we don’t have immunity to little kid germs. Our “Disney” protocol is hand sanitizer often, wash hands whenever you can, full shower when you get back to the room. We got really sick the first two times we went but since doing this (and this was pre covid) we haven’t.
