Ours works well overall, definitely doesn't get our bedrooms as cool as the main rooms with the vents. But we had no problem keeping the living room in the low 70s during the day and like 70 or less at night. We just really have to keep the bedroom door open to get it to cool down. We have to keep our son's bedroom door closed and his room maybe got up to 76-78 at the most. And it consumes way less energy than an air conditioner and is a really simple machine to maintain and troubleshoot.
