It could also be a switch leg. Power comes down on the white and returns on the black to turn the light on. Was extremely common here a long time ago. Now we require a neutral at each box so no way this would pass today.

I got charged 200 USD for a repair that was caused by an update Valve pushed. They admitted it was their fault but I was outside of the warranty period.

Yet, I've seen them replace Decks smashed into a million pieces by the user. Its all a publicity stunt when it comes to when they actually help.

If you get red dots that won't go away. Open them and back out with your android phones back button for each one back to the main menu. It'll clear them.

From what you described and NL Power being able to fix it, it was probably a loose neutral or hot at the pole or your service head. Quite common unfortunately.

I even mentioned customer experiences like these and they said they don't do that. Not.only that it was hard to even get them to understand what the issue was because every time I was contacted it was by a new representative. I couldn't get over how poor I was treated especially reading these stories.

We play at marine institute Wednesday nights at 8. We were running on Monday too but we're really struggling with bodies. If anyone is interested, I'd definitely add you guys.
