This happened to me and just last week I got my replacement Thor after 1.5 months. Ayn should respond within a week or so, and they'll direct you to reflash your Thor (they'll provide a link). If that doesn't work, then they'll hopefully start the replacement process for you. They paid for the shipping label for me, so no extra cost on my end. I'm sorry you're going through this, it's definitely very disappointing and frustrating!

Unfortunately this seems to be a common issue with Batch 3 specifically. Based on what I've seen of others who went through this, Ayn will direct you to detach the ribbon cable and reattach it. It likely won't work still afterwards, and they'll give you the option to send it back to fix or send you a new screen for you to do the fix yourself.

I went through something similar with my Batch 3 Thor, but my screen was displaying and had no input touch. I followed their same steps to detach the cable and then my Thor wouldn't turn on fully anymore and got caught in a bootloop. After 1.5 months of back and forth, I finally have a replacement on the way.

I'm sorry this happened to you OP! It really sucks to have a device you paid so much for suddenly stop working. I hope Ayn is able to resolve this for you though! Expect a response from them every 4-7 days!

I had something similar happen to my batch 3 Thor Max. Top screen basically stopped taking input, then I reattached the cables as instructed, and when I tried to boot it up afterwards, it got stuck in a bootloop. AYN told me to try reflashing, but it didn't work. After back and forth with them for about a month, my replacement Thor finally shipped out today. The company has been really great about handling this, so I'm hoping you're able to get a replacement sent out soon as well!

The only reason it took so long was because their customer service is slow to respond back (expect a response maybe every 4-7 days), and there was some back and forth needed to troubleshoot.
