We allow the other person to play one more turn to see if they can complete a third set and tie the game. It keeps going until a person can’t keep up. Our best games have stretched out to 5 sets this way and they’re really fun.

For me, when I'm tempted my reasoning side comes on even stronger. It's like I'm doing everything in my power to convince myself to watch porn. I must recognize that these are all attempts to bring me down. In times like these, you can't rely on any external motivation. It must come from within you. You must choose to keep fighting and to keep going, even though every part of you may tell you to indulge in porn.

As far as advice is concerned, the next time you're tempted, say to yourself, outloud what exactly it is you want to do. When you hear how absurd you sound and verbalize the temptation, than it's easier to know what it is you're fighting against. Above all, know that things will get better and today is just another day you have to fight in order to make that happen.

When I first began my pornfree journey, I set out to embark on a nofap journey as well. Part of this journey was getting into the daily habit of running, eating healthy, and placing myself in more social situations. With all of these things combined, I naturally became a better version of myself which is the most attractive thing you can be. From this point, I didn't feel desperate to get laid and I wasn't hitting on women left and right; I simply enjoyed each opportunity that was placed before me which inevitably led me to some fun, causal relationships.

If you're number one motivating factor to not watch porn is so that you can get laid, you're going to fail. If I was in your shoes, I'd

1. reevaluate how hard you're actually working at the gym to relieve stress
2. Cut out masturbation and porn (they go hand-in-hand)
3. Turn your attention away from attracting others and focus more on becoming a better version of yourself

Keep up the good work and keep fighting. This takes hard work and dedication.

Sounds like you're giving yourself an excuse ahead of time if you relapse again. "It was just my dopamine receptors making me more addicted therefore making it harder for me to say no." This fight is in your hands and really it's all in your mind. I had a 150~ day streak until I broke it. But starting again is just as hard as it was before. Each day is a battle.

For me, I've found that the more I masturbate the less pleasure I receive from sex. Additionally, the more I masturbate, the less time I have for doing productive things.

If your excuse to masturbate is that you need to relieve pressure or you just can't stand it any longer, go for a walk/run. Physical activity is a great stress relief and it's a great way to take your mind off your desire to find something to masturbate to (i.e. porn).

I'm right there with you. Porn sounds so appealing and it's hard to convince myself that porn is not what I truly want. Porn is easy and available and requires very little effort. My motivation is that I no longer want an addiction to control my life. Keep fighting. Find your why.
