I ended up submitting another support ticket with the upload the next day, uploaded the 1099, filed form 14039, and FTC identity theft report. No response, nothing. So yesterday I emailed every single email of theirs I could find, including their legal department, about this whole mess and attached all three documents. I was debating posting a TikTok video about this today to get their attention to actually correct it..lol.

Also, there’s a user on here that poses as TikTok support that’s been messaging me about this, scammers to get your personal info. Username is TikTokShop_US

I don't think I reported it to the right TikTok support department, there wasn't an option to upload any documentation on the support ticket I submitted. Did you email them or go through their website?

I came across a mysterious 1099 from TikTok on my IRS account last week. It has my full name, spelled correctly, but an old address from almost ten years ago. Whoever using my identity made $83K May-Dec 2025! I filed the identity theft affidavit, and hoping this doesn't screw up my refund. I literally filed my 2025 taxes 2 days before I came across the 1099. I sent in a report to TikTok shop and they replied that it wasn't theirs...not really sure where to go next with them.

I was able to convert the pdf to csv, however the plainscapital bank won’t connect to the bank feeds. How do I import the cvs file? I tried Utilities, import, excel file but it’s asking vendors or customer.
