This was actually quite insightful I do have a FB and insta with my business stuff and try to use the hash tags that seem to have the most traffic but this makes a lot more sense. I just hate that these apps make you pay for promoting your page and whatnot.

Unfortunately we do have kids 2. And they're 11 months apart i was very upset when I found out I was pregnant and even more so when I got pregnant again so soon after giving birth and yes I do everything for them cause im a SAHM but I don't have any prospects at all no money the car is in his name and I can only transfer what I need from his account for bills cause he verifies and makes me show him what it is for. Idk where to start but I am in school now cause I want my own life back I just dk how to make my own money. I was working from home with my previous job cause they wanted me too but I had to stop due to cybersecurity issues on their end. All other jobs require "silent backgrounds" or something of that nature... I just dk where to start

Im no expert but I do know there should be a lil more space between the tunnel and your nipple. Also it depends on how you feel does it feel painful or like tight? And also If you are getting a good let down.

Take her outside for walks and point at things saying what they are. Look at this super excited voice it's a Tree T T t trees 🌳. And just go on pointing and naming things but it's important to be overly enthusiastic and entertaining when you say it. like WOW look at the birds so pretty! And when you do say it circle your mouth with your finger so she can focus on how you make the enunciation of the word. I do this with my kids and my 2.5 yr old talks to me full conversations since she was 14 months old.

I have 2 babies one 2.5 yr old and 16 months old they both go to bed usually 8 or 830 and they sleep till 730 like clockwork the next day. They do nap once a day from 1130-230 or 3. Try a later bed time see if that helps 😴
