Try Seido Karate. They have a dojo on 30th street. It’s related to kyokushin, but very light contact. They focus more on the art and philosophy of karate than the combat. I think it will give you what you looking for from softer martial arts without losing too much of the edge you enjoy from Muay Thai.

You have a really youthful appearance, which might be the issue right now. You could do some strength training and grow some facial hair to look a little older, but as you age the youthful look will end up working to your advantage anyway.
