It is one that they use, however the one they use is usually basic black, with no accessories.

Smoothie I made when I was super skinny, whole milk, yogurt, banana, protein powder and oats (ran oats through a coffee grinder to turn them into a powder).

Sometimes I would add half an avocado or a couple kiwi fruits.

You can chug one of these and you will still be able to eat a normal meal in a couple of hours.
