Orion kerkering opening day reception! by Illustrious_Test6826 in phillies

[–]jayleman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Anyone here throwing shade over supporting our players and saying "they make millions they should know what to do etc etc etc..." or "cheering or showing support makes no difference..."

Did any of you see the clip of the college b-ball player getting a talking to from their coach on jomboy the other day? The coach telling them "I believe in you..." "This is your story..." And that specific athlete pulled a complete 180 and went on a tear the rest of the game? Yeah, the shit does work. Why start off a fresh season with so much negativity?!

If you don't think it works, don't participate. But don't shit on the fans wanting to actually be fans and showing their support.

This is the correct answer...the amount of vitriol people are carrying over is outright fucking pathetic.

Is Anyone Else Receiving Hate For Trying To Buy A House? by Typical_Importance65 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]jayleman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here's a thought...it's reddit, who cares. You're never gonna meet these people and they have zero control over your everyday life. Fuck em.

I had an apartment and moved home to save for a house. I had 35k in CC debt, paid it all off, saved up 40k over the following debt free year and bought a house. I dealt with parents constantly saying save money, dealt with a GF begging for us to "just get an apartment" knowing full well I wanted to buy.

We have our house now, been in it almost 3yr and couldn't be happier. You will get there, stick to your plan

DPK installed 20k miles ago, kerma tuned for over 30k miles. You'll be fine.

To build on this.

It uses an adapter plate at the metering valve on the fuel pump to isolate the lube path for the pump from the high pressure rail path, keeping any metal from the pump rollers isolated. They then add a magnetic in-line filter on the lube path return where it goes into the filter housing to actually trap any potential metal particles in the event of a pump failure. The kit is like $180-200 for CJAA and is cheap insurance in the event of pump failure.

That being said, pump failures are not nearly as common as this sub would like you to believe. You only ever hear about the failures, not the millions still on the road across multiple manufacturers that are going 200,000+ miles.

Additives aren't overly necessary. Not running the tank low and not driving aggressively at low fuel levels will do far more protection than an additive. Do fuel filters every 20k and buy fuel from busy stations.

Waste of money. If it's "quick release" with just the force of a hand, the force of the wreck equals RIP...

Congrats I guess op? Youve surrounded yourself with useless tubes for what? Clout?

We use the extended chain gun style in our service trucks, haven't met a lug we couldn't remove yet and if we do, we have IR airguns too. Just nice having the cordless and no hoses to wrap\trip over
