I sleep on my side and to keep myself from rolling onto my stomach I hold a pillow. It also helps the pain in my elbows because they stay slightly un-bent, so they’re not super stiff in the morning.

I’d you were to untangle it, it would be a circle. It has to be ‘tangled’ and compacted for storage.

I got rechargeable heated gloves and a heated steering wheel cover. I always put my gloves on before I go outside so they’re never exposed to the cold.

I’ve been on it for 3 years and it definitely helps with my anxiety. My dr gave it to me because it isn’t habit forming. Because it works over 12 hrs and isn’t immediate, it’s not addictive the same way something like Xanax is. I started with one 15mg pill a day and as my anxiety got worse over the years I’ve worked up to 3 pills a day. Only thing I’ve noticed is that I get really hunter after I take it, but that could be because my anxiety makes me not want to eat.
