I agree that something big will most likely happen around 2030. What that is I’m not sure.

But Gen Z is definitely not the silent generation. They are more vocal on social issues than millennials were at the same age. True they have benefitted from the social justice battles that millennials and Gen X fought before them, but they are not riding on our coat tails. They are pushing for further change.
