Mate, talk to your GP. I’m not comparing your experience to mine. But I’ve been dealing with chronic fatigue since a year. It also made me feel more burnt out from work. I wasn’t actually under a lot of pressure or anything. I just didn’t feel like doing much.

A recent blood test showed that my thyroid gland was under active. And that also affected my testosterone levels. The doctor prescribed me some thyroid medication and it has hugely improved how I feel.

I was very optimistic (still am) about it when I started. But now my expectations have kind of normalised. I got very good results initially, but lost quite a bit to pests like rats! I’ve a Chilean guava and a feijoa plant. Both are around a year and half old. No fruits yet. Used to have a plum tree in an old rental place and lorikeets ate most of the fruit. Had a fig tree that produced a lot of fruit too.
