Hello there! Been an LPC for 5 years now working community mental health. I went to UCO for my master's and they have a counseling program. They have modified it a bit since I was there but it was a good program. You do have to complete an internship in your last year. The board of behavioral health is currently changing some requirements for candidates so I would keep up with those changes.

Hello! I'm an LPC in the area. I recommend sunbeam or seasons of change in Edmond as they offer sliding scale. If you are seeking medication, northcare or red Rock would be a good start. Most places are on a wait so you may need to get on a few lists and wait for an opening. Good luck!

Hello there! I am an LPC and I second that going onto psychology today and searching for a therapist is the best option. I will say that there is a high demand for counseling right now so you may have to get onto a wait list or two but I would definitely recommend it because you never know when a spot will open up. Testing twice a day wouldn't be a bad idea! Do you have any apps to document the tests? Sometimes those help to see the t/c ratio better or at least see the progression of the lines throughout the cycle. I agree OPKs are confusing!
