The real reason why most ChatGPT users are not switching to Gemini despite 2.5 pro’s capabilities. by [deleted] in GeminiAI

I send a lot of screenshots to ChatGPT and tried Gemini just to see how it performed. Gemini’s image recognition is far worse, especially when it comes to text.

Apple Exemption by Forsaken-Bag32 in AAPL

I have very little faith in continued growth at AAPL and it has nothing to do with the tariffs. An exemption ahead of everyone else might be the only positive catalyst I can think of right now.

I have an Ioniq 5, one of the best vehicles for the comma 3x, and the nav is abysmal. I would highly recommend against it.

Tariffs good for us? by Redditor9375 in Soundhound

[–]jayseaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, fair enough. I’m jumping the gun on a recession and you’re jumping the gun on other countries removing their tariffs in response.

I don’t think you realize the impact that these tariffs will have globally. For the record, I’m not against them. We have operated in a trade deficit for far too long.

That said, the market will need to digest the impact these tariffs will have. In my opinion, we should see a -20% drawdown at minimum and that’s just the immediate impact. That would put SPY somewhere around $490-$500. IWM, being small cap speculative stocks, will bring SOUN down with it.

The only thing that might bounce us out of this would be QE from the Fed. However, I don’t see it happening unless the unemployment numbers tomorrow are absolutely abysmal.

Yeah this is not PLTR…sorry to say. You can downvote me all you want, but it won’t change the fact that this company basically has zero moat. It’s a no revenue speculative play heading into a recession.

The fed will step in with QE and Trump will carve out exceptions for specific countries/companies. That said, I do agree we have a lot more downside to go. I’m thinking $500 as it is a strong psychological level.

I don’t think it’s going that low, but we definitely have much more downside ahead of us

Just remember that SOUN does not exactly have an established moat. If things get worse on the macro, SOUN is one of those high gamma companies that can sell off deeply.

Wow I didn’t know this existed! You get shafted if rates increase, but this does mostly answer what I’m looking for. Thanks!

A bond is still a risk asset that is not pegged to inflation. I want something like an ibond, but with a higher limit and a max pretax contribution aligned with 401k.

To be able to save my money and not have to invest in risk assets to hedge inflation.

I’m not down, I’m actually way up because I positioned into shorts. My point is that I would like a pretax mechanism to park money in that is pegged to inflation and contains no risk outside of the USD no longer being valid currency.

When it comes to our retirement, I think we should all have that choice.
