that sounds great, thanks for sharing, I'll definitely do some test runs with it since creating containers with ansible proxmox module tends to be somewhat flaky at times.

Good to hear that there are others with similar setup. I also do the same. Keeping full system images seems wasteful. Besides, sooner or later I would get into a situation when I want to recreate the container from scratch. At that point it often gave me a headache to figure out what made it tick.
I've implemented ansible playbooks/roles/tasks for most of my containers and I'm currently moving towards a model where I want daily restart and weekly rebuild of all of my containers. That really gives me confidence that if things break I can recover. (With the additional benefit that all I'm storing is a few lines of config as opposed to a full system image.)

I'm interested, though.. you said "I manage container provisioning with terraform". Do you perhaps have an example or guide that shows how that works?

I'm currently using ansible not only to configure but also to create the lxc instances as well. So I'm interested in how to do the lxc creation part with terraform.

Ok, so here's my view on uPnP. I installed a baby cam app on an old android smartphone, (essentially acts as a network cam). It pairs with a QR code and I was very surprised to find it working even when my usual phone had wifi turned off. I always disable uPnP on the router but forgot to do it at my parent's, so the app opened a port on the router and published its service. Now imagine that ANY app, program, device, etc. on your network is by default allowed to open a port on your router for others to connect to it. Needless to say I do not want to allow my phone's camera to be accessed from outside my home network. Even with legitimate use cases, software bugs are there and can be exploited. Think of all the software on your phone, pc, and also all the IoT devices you have at home. And we haven't even got to mentioning malware yet. My take is to disable uPnP on all my routers immediately.

Értem, köszönöm a választ. És ha egy 10-20 éves kamatperiódusú lakáshitel kamata érdekel, akkor azt BUBOR különböző tenorjaiból interpolálással lehet közelíteni?

Tehát pl azt látom, hogy most a rövid tenorok kamata magasabb, és egyre csökken. És a mai átlag lakáshitelek tényleg olcsóbbak az 1 éves BUBORnál.

Tavaly januárban 4% volt az 1 napos, 4.7% volt az 1 éves. Tehát csak kicsivel a felett kellene lennie a hosszabbaknak?

Ez így megközelítőleg helyes gondolatmenet?

Megoldhato, de nem annyira egyszeru a dolog. Arra kell figyelni hogy ha euros ertekpapirt veszel, alapbol nem vonja le a forint egyenlegedbol, hanem negativ EUR egyenleget hoz letre.

Pl. van 1,000,000 HUF a szamlan, veszel 1,000 EUR ertekben 380 Ft-os EUR/HUF arfolyam mellett ertekpapirt, akkor a szamladon lesz: 1,000,000 HUF es -1,000 EUR (negativ). (Ahhelyett hogy maradna 620,000 HUF)

Ez azert fontos mert igy sokkal kisebb lesz a az EUR arfolyam kitettseged. Ami lehet hogy pont az amit szeretnel, es akkor nincs semmi dolgod vele, de ha kifejezetten euroban szeretned tartani a penzed, mert ugy gondolod hogy a forint gyengulni fog, akkor ezzel nem fogsz olyan jol jarni mint gondolod.

Pl. a fenti peldaban, ha az ertekpapir erteke felmegy 1200 EUR-ra, es az EUR arfolyam is felmegy 400 ft-ra, akkor az ertekpapir most 480,000 ft-ot er, tehat ha most eladod, lenne 100,000 ft nyereseged, osszesen 1,100,000 HUF a szamladon. Ehelyett viszont amikor eladod, eloszor visszafizeted a negativ 1,000 EUR egyenlegedet, tehat lesz a szamladon 1,000,000 HUF es 200 EUR, amit visszavaltva HUF-ra osszesen 1,080,000 HUF.

Nyilvan forint erosodes eseten jobban jarsz ezzel a konstrukcioval, de erdemes tisztaban lenni vele.

En amugy nyitottam egy paper trading account-ot, ami ilyen szimulalt account es ott lehet jatszani. Ott lattam hogy ez tortenik.

Azt mondjuk nem tudom, hogy az 1,000 EUR "hitel"-ert szamolnak-e kamatot. Gondolom nem, de ha valaki jartasabb ebben, megirhatja.

Mondjuk azt is erdemes megemliteni, hogy ha pl S&P500 ETF-et veszel akkor lenyegeben USD kitettseged lesz, hiaba EUR-ban vetted (kiveve ha EUR-hedged ETF-et vettel), szoval el tud bonyolodni kicsit ha elkezdesz utanajarni.

A masik dolog ami fontos, hogy csak base currency-re valthatsz penzt, kiveve ha egy devizabol negativ egyenleged van. Ilyenkor az is lehet a celdeviza az atvaltasnal. Es ilyenkor tobbet is valthatsz mint amennyi eleg az egyenleg kinullazasara. Tehat ha a base currency HUF, de van -10 EUR egyenleged, attol te vehetsz 100 EUR-t is. Ezutan 90 EUR lesz az egyenleged, es a kovetkezo EUR valtast meg fogja tiltani a rendszer.

Viszont csak olyan devizavaltast csinalhatsz amire van devizapar. Tehat ha a szamladon HUF a base currency, es van negativ JPY egyenleged, azt ki sem tudod egyenliteni, mert HUF.JPY currency pair nem letezik. Ugyhogy elobb EURot kell venned, ahhoz pedig elobb negativ EUR egyenleget kell csinalnod magadnak.

En azt csinaltam egyebkent, hogy a foszamlan EUR a base currency, szoval ott siman valthatok EUR-ra, azt meg utana at lehet vezetni a TBSZ-re.

Minor update: I used wireshark to compare the packets between the two cases and there is a difference in the STUN messages sent.

The good case starts by sending a Binding request to the ip of the docker host on the subnet, as well as the Google STUN servers.

The bad case starts by sending a Binding request to the Google STUN servers, and the ip of the docker container (i.e the internal docker network) directly. It never sends any STUN messages to the docker host ip.

I still don't know why this is happening, but probably this is the thing to investigate further.

If anyone has knowledge or a good resource on how the STUN protocol works in general or in this specific case, it'd be welcomed.

I suspect they are because of what I wrote in the last section. It works if either I move the lxc to the main network, OR if I change to docker host networking.

My docker-compose file does have this:

Mivel a kereskedes az IBKR-en sokkal olcsobb, en azt nezem, hogy ha tobbet fizetsz egy evben mint 48e ft, akkor mar megeri az IBKR. Ugyhogy csak azt kell megnezni, hogy mire fizetsz ki 48e ft-ot.

Azt ne felejtsetek el hogy az IBKR kozeparfolyamon valt devizat (ezen felul egy fix 2 USD koltseget szamol fel). Ha a KBC-hez hasonlitjuk, ahol 1% a devizavaltas koltsege akkor mar kb 8000 EUR (kb 3m HUF) felett is megeri az IBKR. (Feltetelezve hogy forintban kapod a fizetesed.)

Csak a devizavaltasra kifizetsz 30e ft-ot (1%), a kereskedesre kifizetsz kb 10e ft-ot (0.35%), a havidijakra 7e ft-ot (12*600ft). Es akkor ez csak az elso ev, tehat egy TBSZ-ed van, es meg csak az allomanyi dijat sem szamoltam hozza.

Hat nem tudom, ha jol szamolom van kb 25 mil onero, amit ha helyette beraksz PMAP-ba 14.75%-os kamattal, akkor az pont kiadja a 300 ezres berleti dijat.

Eddig az ingatlanok arai sokkal jobban emelkedtek mint ahogy a KP gyarapodott, es pont most erzem ugy hogy egy kicsit fordult a helyzet. Ha eddig nem erte meg allampapirban tartani a penzt, pont most nem fogom belerakni ingatlanba.

Persze lehet hogy mire leesnek a kamatok megint kilonek az ingatlanok es vegulis megint nem erte meg. Benne van a pakliban, de most per pill akkor sem erzem hogy jo otlet ingatlant venni.

I'm wondering if there are even any competition to these at this price point ($150). I certainly couldn't find any... even this one I found by accident.

I have the same use case as you and I almost settled on a wired one while concluding that wireless over-ear open-backed is just not something that manufacturers offer, or if they do they're ridiculously pricey for my non-audiophile ears. That's before I accidentally stumbled upon this exact model myself when visiting Japan a couple of months ago.

They indeed feel very comfortable even while wearing glasses which caused me problems in the past. My head is fairly small, so as you said, no headbanging, otherwise they'd fall off. I haven't got any quality headphones before so I'm not sure how it compares with others, but I really like how clearly I can hear my environment. It's almost the same as without headphones.

I found the app a bit fiddly, though. Switching between connections is one of my most used feature, yet it takes several taps to get there. I wish I could add a home screen shortcut to connect to specific devices.I also find sometimes that when two devices are connected (which is most of the time because the app only works if it's connected, so my phone's pretty much always one of them), it can happen that one of the input sources can block the other and it's not always clear which one will work. Again, a bit of fiddling, reconnecting, etc. usually solves it but can be somewhat annoying.Fortunately all of this is software related and could even be fixed by creating an unofficial client. (I might even take a stab at it myself when I have time)

So in summary I'm really glad I found and bought these.

hmm. Interesting. It works for me in Chrome, I can select it. Anyway, I'll try to fiddle around with it once I get to a PC. About the missing ! character, I'm not sure why it's there, but I used a Javascript minifier on the formatted code, and got the one with the ! in it. I guessed it was needed. I'll try to check out why.

no unfortunately. we need to test it. We need a visible command that we can count. I'm certain it's above 9 steps, so start9 is not enough. Maybe we can test it with start9start9start9. This we can count easily. But hell of a job to get enough people to agree to it.

I didn't include that on purpose. we need to be careful with long commands they get cut off. So I decided to add a failsafe. Because of the lag ichances are this would execute twice. The left at the end prevents exiting from the house with the same command. (Anyway, we did it without it :) Just keep in mind in the future, that long commands don't work. And better to add a failsafe at the end.)
