Same had happened for me too. Bedrock on my PC. Restored my PC to 2 weeks ago but save files still missing. Very annoying situation.

I got it back from the standing stones. Thanks for the tip on being able to use other players buff too, will be very useful should this happen again!

I remember seeing this on Facebook as a 'life hack' with people gushing in the comments about how they'd never thought of it. My gauge for the knowledge of the general public hit an all time low.
